Valle Benedetta welcomes teachers, facilitators, and guides working in the fields of meditation, yoga, mindfulness, embodied practices, personal growth, and paths of awareness. We are open to different traditions and contemporary approaches, as long as they are guided by respect, presence, and genuine care for people.

Yes. We can take care of all logistical aspects: practice spaces, accommodation, meals, on-site coordination, and operational support. This allows you to fully focus on what matters most: guiding the process and holding the space.

The location is for the exclusive use of your group, depending on room occupancy. This ensures a contained, quiet, and protected atmosphere, in support of deep and transformative work.

Teachers and facilitators have access to: a bright 80 m² practice room (up to 40 people) a yoga platform immersed in the forest (upon request) meditative gardens and nature trails Each space is designed to support presence, listening, and depth.

Yes. The practice room is equipped with yoga mats, cushions, blocks, a sound system, and an interactive touchscreen whiteboard for both in-person and online sessions. If you have specific needs, we are happy to explore together how best to support them.

We offer different accommodation options to meet a variety of needs: double, triple, quadruple, and single rooms. All spaces are welcoming, well cared for, and designed to support rest and the integration of the day’s work.

Our cuisine is vegetarian, organic, and seasonal, with ingredients sourced from our regenerative agriculture. Meals are considered an integral part of the retreat experience: nourishing, simple, and deeply cared for. We can accommodate specific dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, allergies).

Yes. Upon request, we can organize complementary activities such as: yoga and meditation, sessions natural, cooking workshops, bread-making and fermentation guided, forest walks, convivial moments at our seasonal agricultural bar

Throughout the retreat, you will have a dedicated staff contact, present and available. Our approach is discreet yet attentive: we are in service of the experience, without interfering with the work you are leading.

No. Valle Benedetta is not affiliated with any religion or specific tradition. It is an open, non-denominational, and experimental space that welcomes diverse paths, united by awareness, ethics, and respect.

Valle Benedetta is a place created to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself. Retreats offer a protected space immersed in nature, where practices such as meditation, yoga, mindful movement, and moments of silence support a deep, personal, and shared process of regeneration.

No. Retreats are open both to beginners and experienced practitioners. Each experience is guided with care and respect for different rhythms, allowing everyone to participate according to their own abilities and inner listening.

The atmosphere is simple, quiet, and welcoming. Valle Benedetta is a temporary community grounded in respect, listening, and mutual care. There is nothing to prove—you are welcome exactly as you are.

No. Valle Benedetta does not belong to any religion or specific spiritual tradition. The center is an open and inclusive space that welcomes people, teachers, and practices from different paths, cultures, and traditions. What unites us is not a belief system, but a shared desire to experience awareness, listening, and authentic transformation, in mutual respect and appreciation of diversity.

Rooms are comfortable, simple, and immersed in the quiet of nature. Single, double, and shared rooms are available, depending on the retreat and your booking choice. All spaces are designed to support rest and regeneration.

Yes, absolutely. Valle Benedetta is also a place of meeting and connection. If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, you will be assigned a shared room with someone of the same gender attending the same retreat. Many guests find that sharing space becomes a meaningful part of the experience—a natural way to feel welcomed and part of the community.

Yes. All rooms are provided with fresh towels, organic soap, and hairdryers. Spaces are designed to offer comfort and simplicity, so you can take care of yourself with ease and without concerns.

The practice room is fully equipped to support group activities. Yoga mats, yoga blocks, blankets, meditation cushions, and chairs are available. You don’t need to bring any props from home—the spaces are designed to help you arrive lightly and feel immediately supported in your practice.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, shoes suitable for walking in nature, footwear designed for indoor use only (slippers, non-slip socks, etc.) to keep the environment clean,a jacket for the evening, and anything that helps you feel at ease. Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided on site. The rest… you can let it go.

Yes, meals are included. The cuisine is vegetarian, seasonal, and prepared with organic and regenerative ingredients, many of which come directly from our land. Food is an integral part of the experience of care and presence.

Yes. You can indicate intolerances, allergies, or dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) at the time of registration. Our kitchen is attentive and inclusive.

Yes. Wi-Fi is available in the indoor common areas and guest rooms. At the same time, Valle Benedetta invites a mindful use of technology, encouraging moments of disconnection to support presence, rest, and a deeper connection with yourself and the surrounding nature.

Valle Benedetta encourages conscious use of technology. Some retreats offer a true digital detox, while others leave room for personal choice. In all cases, we invite you to reduce distractions to support deeper presence.

To care for the spaces, the people, and the natural environment that hosts us, smoking is not allowed inside the buildings or in common areas. Smoking is permitted only in the "Smoking Temple" area, as indicated by staff. We kindly ask you to do so with care and respect, helping maintain an atmosphere of quiet and presence for everyone.

The retreat center is located in the hills above Livorno and is easily reachable by car. The nearest train stations and airports are Livorno and Pisa. Shared transfers can be arranged upon request.

Yes. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the retreat center. Upon arrival, staff will provide all necessary guidance to park comfortably and safely, in respect of the natural environment.

Valle Benedetta is immersed in a rich and quiet natural landscape, ideal for forest walks, moments of contemplation, and deep connection with nature. Nearby, you can explore scenic trails, visit ancient places of reflection such as monasteries and historic aqueducts, or head down to the sea for a walk along the Livorno coast. For those wishing to expand their experience, Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are easily reachable, as well as seaside villages, thermal baths, and local food and wine destinations. Each outing can become a natural extension of the retreat—an invitation to move with slowness, curiosity, and presence.

Participating in a retreat requires a shared commitment of presence and organization. In case of cancellation, fees are non-refundable, as they contribute to organizational costs already incurred (venue, kitchen, staff, and facilitation). If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person, subject to agreement with the retreat organizers and timely communication.

We recommend bringing any personal medication or remedies you may need during the retreat. There is no doctor on site or in the small village of Valle Benedetta. A pharmacy is located nearby, approximately a 15-minute drive from the retreat center. In case of emergency, the nearest hospitals are in Livorno (about 15–20 minutes by car) and Pisa. Our staff is always available to offer support and respond promptly if needed.
