Stop the rush: an invitation to inner silence through mindfulness

We live as if we’re in a continuous race, chasing a future that always seems one step ahead. Haste doesn’t bring us closer to peace: it distances us from it. Every breath held in the race is an instant of life we lose.

Stopping becomes an act of presence, a return to oneself.

In silence we rediscover clarity, in breath we find freedom, in slowness we find the truth of things.

This experiential seminar is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to rediscover space within yourself, exploring together the subtle boundary between “functioning” and “existing,” between doing and simply being.

Why participate?

We live chasing deadlines, goals, expectations. We function, often without truly being present. But what happens when we allow ourselves the luxury of not responding to urgency, but of listening to what arises in silence?

This retreat is for you if:

  • you wish to let go of frenzy to meet the most authentic part of yourself;
  • you feel the need to slow down and breathe;
  • you want to learn to manage stress and integrate Presence into daily life.

No prior experience required.

What you will experience during the retreat

  • Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions, to accompany you toward clarity, calm, and centeredness.
  • Mindful walks in nature, to reconnect with the rhythm of the earth and breath.
  • Experiential poetic writing workshops, to give voice to inner silence.
  • Films and open dialogues on time, slowness, and awareness, to explore new perspectives together.
  • Spaces for silence and sharing, to listen to yourself and others with presence.

Each offering is designed to accompany you, gently, toward greater clarity, calm, and centeredness.

During the retreat, you will discover how to

  • Reconnect with your body and your breath, your primary tools for stability and grounding.
  • Become aware of your mental automatisms and learn not to identify with them.
  • Cultivate an inner space of silence and stillness, even in the midst of everyday life.
  • Rediscover that sense of freedom and fulfillment that comes from simply “being present.”

We’re not seeking immediate results, but planting deep and lasting changes.

A weekend to stop the race .

A time to return to silence — and start again from yourself.
We look forward to welcoming you.
