Alessandra Chiarugi is a counselor in helping relationships, Reiki Master, and crystal therapist.
For more than ten years, she has followed a path of integration between energetic listening and the depth of the human soul — a journey that has led her through holistic studies, the teachings of Edward Bach and Stella Arcaica, training in Counseling, and finally the Academy of Crystal Therapy, which she considers a privileged path for deep listening to the heart.
Today, that journey continues to expand. She is completing her university studies in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, bringing together academic rigor and holistic sensitivity in an approach that never separates knowledge from feeling.
Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation does not begin in the mind — it begins in the body, in the breath, in the opening of the heart, and in the ability to truly pause.
She guides people through inner exploration journeys using crystal meditations, individual sessions, and group experiences, offering spaces where presence and authenticity are not simply goals, but the practice itself.
In her work, stones and crystals are not decorative objects: they are living presences, silent allies that amplify listening and support contact with what is essential — teachers of embodied light.
Each gathering she leads becomes a protected circle — voice, sound, silence — where something real can emerge and gently settle within.
She chose the hot air balloon as the symbol of her path: lightness and grounding together, the ability to rise without losing connection to the earth.
It is the same movement she brings into every encounter — an invitation to look at life from a wider perspective, letting go of what is no longer needed.
My work is rooted in a holistic vision of the human being. I strongly believe that true well-being arises from a harmonious balance between mind and body. Through a diverse and multidisciplinary path, I have developed a deep sense of empathy that allows me to connect with the deeper needs of those who choose to trust my guidance.
My connection with yoga has deepened over time: I began as a student, then became an assistant teacher, and later consolidated my training with international certifications (RYT 200, RYS Yin Yoga 50 with Yoga Alliance).
I spent a year at the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute in Pomaia, where I attended the Basic Program in Buddhist Studies, translated Buddhist texts, and studied mindfulness. I became a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and specialized in leading mindfulness groups. I am registered with FederMindfulness (Registry no. 2685).
My study of mindfulness led me to integrate Mindfulness Writing into my work, a powerful tool for inner exploration that helps bring clarity and release emotional blocks. This approach combines my passion for writing (I am a journalist, author, and editorial director) with deep introspective work.
Over the years, I have developed a method that integrates these three disciplines, supporting people in recognizing and facing their fears, staying grounded in the present moment, and quieting the judgmental thoughts that arise in the mind each day.

Coming Home to Your Heart
The heart never forgets.
Even when we protect it, even when we close it off — it waits.
Often, we arrive at the heart last, after thinking, analyzing, managing everything.
And yet, it is there that our deepest truth lives.
This evening is a gentle offering:
a space where the heart can breathe again, without needing to do anything, without needing to explain anything.
The center of the chest is the seat of our human energy — the place connected to emotions, lived experience, and the flow of life itself.
It is the Ki of the Heart: the center through which we learn, grow, and open ourselves.
When this center begins to soften, something essential starts flowing again — in our relationships, in the body, and in everyday life.
Through meditation, voice, and crystals, we gently approach what is most tender within us — the emotions that never found space, the tiredness that became armor, the need for tenderness we so often forget we carry.
This is not about fixing or healing quickly.
It is about being present with respect, care, and gentleness.
Because softness is not weakness.
It is the most courageous form of love.
What you will experience
A deep meditation on the heart center, guided through listening and voice.
Crystals, gently placed on the chest, support the opening with their quiet presence.
There is space to feel, to let go, to receive — perhaps for the first time in a very long time.
