My work is rooted in a holistic vision of the human being. I strongly believe that true well-being arises from a harmonious balance between mind and body. Through a diverse and multidisciplinary path, I have developed a deep sense of empathy that allows me to connect with the deeper needs of those who choose to trust my guidance.

My connection with yoga has deepened over time: I began as a student, then became an assistant teacher, and later consolidated my training with international certifications (RYT 200, RYS Yin Yoga 50 with Yoga Alliance).

I spent a year at the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute in Pomaia, where I attended the Basic Program in Buddhist Studies, translated Buddhist texts, and studied mindfulness. I became a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and specialized in leading mindfulness groups. I am registered with FederMindfulness (Registry no. 2685).

My study of mindfulness led me to integrate Mindfulness Writing into my work, a powerful tool for inner exploration that helps bring clarity and release emotional blocks. This approach combines my passion for writing (I am a journalist, author, and editorial director) with deep introspective work.

Over the years, I have developed a method that integrates these three disciplines, supporting people in recognizing and facing their fears, staying grounded in the present moment, and quieting the judgmental thoughts that arise in the mind each day.

Practices and Teachings

Write the present. Breathe the body. Live here and now

There is a place, suspended between breath and words, where you can finally listen to yourself again. I invite you to a three-day immersive experience for those who wish to slow down, release tension held in the body, and give shape to their thoughts through conscious writing, yoga and mindfulness.

 

This is not just a relaxing weekend, but a true journey back home. Through a fluid integration of movement and introspection, we will explore three pillars of well-being:

 

Conscious Writing: write the present
Forget grammar and style. We will use writing as a mirror: guided journaling and intuitive writing exercises to bring to the surface insights, dreams and awareness that often remain unheard.

 

Yoga: breathe into the body
Gentle practice sessions designed to realign the body and release accumulated tension. No experience is needed: the mat becomes a space where breath turns into movement and the mind begins to settle.

 

Mindfulness: live the present
We will dedicate time to cultivating presence. You will learn to observe your thoughts without judgment, rediscovering the beauty of the present moment in its essential simplicity.
